1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, downloading, purchasing, or using EA Safety Score Dashboard ("Software"), operated by [COMPANY NAME], you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, End User License Agreement, and Risk Disclosure. If you are using the Software on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that Organization to these Terms.
READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING OR USING THE SOFTWARE. THIS AGREEMENT CONTAINS IMPORTANT DISCLAIMERS, LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY, AND ARBITRATION PROVISIONS THAT AFFECT YOUR RIGHTS.
2. Product Description and Limitations
EA Safety Score Dashboard is a technical analysis indicator for MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 platforms. It provides composite safety score calculation, real-time dashboard visualization, configurable alerts, and optional AutoTrading control.
THE SOFTWARE IS A TECHNICAL ANALYSIS TOOL. IT IS NOT: An automated trading system, trading signal service, investment advice, financial advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument.
3. License and Access
Subject to your acceptance of this Agreement and payment of applicable fees, Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install the Software on computers owned or controlled by you, use the Software for legitimate trading analysis purposes, and make one backup copy for archival purposes.

4. Refund Policy
4.1 Refund Eligibility

- Abuse or fraudulent purchase
- Final sale or discounted items (clearly marked)
4.3 Refund Periods

4.4 How to Request a Refund

4.6 No Restocking Fees
No restocking fees are charged for Software refunds. Refunds are processed to the original payment method in the same currency as the purchase.
4.7 Chargebacks
Before filing a chargeback, please contact us at disputes@easafetyscore.com. We will contest chargebacks that violate our refund policy and may report fraudulent chargebacks to authorities.
Note: This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
5. Acceptable Use
Permitted: Personal trading analysis, business trading operations, educational and research purposes.
Prohibited: Reverse engineering, bypassing license validation, sharing/reselling license keys, using on more devices than permitted, removing copyright notices, using for illegal purposes, unauthorized access attempts.

No Investment Advice: The Software provides technical analysis only and does not constitute investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or recommendations.
"As Is" Disclaimer: THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Trading financial markets involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
7. Limitation of Liability
Exclusion of Damages: Company shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, trading losses, personal injury, or property damage.
Cap on Liability: Company's total liability shall not exceed the greater of the amount paid for the Software in the 12 months preceding the claim or USD $100.00.
Exceptions: Fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, breach of confidentiality, intellectual property violations, and indemnification obligations are not subject to these limitations.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
We collect and process personal data including account information (name, email), license and device information (HWID), usage data, and payment information. By using the Software, you consent to data collection as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Software requires online license validation, which involves hardware fingerprinting (HWID) collection for license binding and anti-piracy enforcement.
9. Geographic Restrictions
The Software is available for purchase and use in most countries. Due to regulatory requirements, the Software may not be available in certain jurisdictions including the United States, United Kingdom, Japan, and Canada (certain provinces). You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with local laws.

Binding Arbitration: Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) in [City, Country].
Class Action Waiver: YOU AGREE TO RESOLVE DISPUTES ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. CLASS ACTIONS, CLASS ARBITRATIONS, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTIONS ARE NOT PERMITTED.

11. Termination
You may terminate by discontinuing use. We may terminate if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, fail to pay subscription fees, or abuse staff. Upon termination, you must cease all use and license keys are deactivated.
