1. Introduction
The EA Safety Score Partner Program allows qualified individuals and businesses to offer free EA Safety Score licenses to their referred clients. This policy outlines the terms, conditions, and requirements for participation in the Partner Program.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To become a Partner, you must meet the following criteria:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid Exness partner account in good standing
- Provide accurate contact information (phone, email, Telegram)
- Have an active trading community or client base
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not be previously terminated from the Partner Program
3. Application Process
Step-by-Step Process
- Submit Partner Program application through your dashboard
- Provide required contact and business information
- Agree to this Partner Policy and Terms of Service
- Wait for admin review and approval (typically 1-3 business days)
- Upon approval, securely store your Exness credentials
- Begin offering EA Safety Score licenses to your referred clients
4. Partner Responsibilities
As a Partner, you agree to:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date Exness credentials
- Only offer licenses to clients you have directly referred to Exness
- Not engage in fraudulent or misleading marketing practices
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely manner
- Maintain the confidentiality of your encryption password
- Notify us immediately of any security breaches
- Comply with Exness' partner terms and conditions

6. Security & Data Protection
🔒 Zero-Knowledge Encryption
Your Exness credentials are encrypted in your browser using AES-256-GCM before being stored on our servers. We cannot access your credentials - only you can decrypt them with your encryption password.
- Encryption happens client-side (in your browser)
- Server stores only encrypted data
- Admins cannot view your Exness login or password
- You control your encryption password
- If you lose your encryption password, credentials cannot be recovered
7. Prohibited Activities
Partners are strictly prohibited from:
- Selling or transferring licenses for monetary gain
- Creating fake accounts to generate licenses
- Sharing credentials with third parties
- Using automated systems to claim licenses
- Misrepresenting the EA Safety Score product
- Engaging in any fraudulent or deceptive practices
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your Partner status for:
- Violation of this Partner Policy
- Fraudulent activity or abuse of the program
- Failure to maintain Exness partner account in good standing
- Extended period of inactivity (6+ months)
- Request by Exness to terminate partnership
Upon termination, all active licenses issued through your referral will remain valid until their expiration date, but no new licenses can be claimed.
9. Liability & Disclaimers
Limitation of Liability: EA Safety Score is not responsible for:
- Loss of credentials due to forgotten encryption password
- Actions of your referred clients
- Changes to Exness partner program terms
- Technical issues beyond our reasonable control
10. Changes to Policy
We may update this Partner Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or through your dashboard. Continued participation in the Partner Program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
